Copper Quest (CQX.CN) said Wednesday that it plans to raise CA$850,000 through a private placement of 10.63 million units priced at CA$0.08 apiece.
Each unit consists of one share and one two-year warrant to buy a share at CA$0.13.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and general working purposes.

This second strategic investment into Copper Quest adds another level of comfort for our shareholders through a strong treasury and working capital that allows the company to expand its planned exploration and drilling operations for the 2026/27 seasons," said Copper Quest Chief Executive Officer Brian Thurston.
Copper Quest shares closed down CA$0.005 at CA$0.085 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
