ContiOcean Environment Says Hong Kong Approves H-Share Conversion Plan

ContiOcean Environment Tech (HKG:2613) has received formal listing approval from the Hong Kong bourse to convert and list 30 million domestic shares in the city, according to a Tuesday filing.

The shares are held by five investors and represent 75% of the maritime engineering group's total issued share capital.

Ximei Resources Eyes HK$549 Million via Stock Offering

Ximei Resources (HKG:9936) is looking to raise HK$549 million via a two-step stock offering, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.Wu Lijue, the company's founder and chairman, plans to sell 34.1 million shares of the company at HK$16.10 apiece to new investors.The shareholder then plans to subscribe to an equal number of shares from Ximei Resources on the same terms.The shares represent 8.97% of the company's issued share capital and 8.23% as enlarged by the offering.Funds raised will be used for developing the company's business and general working capital.

Indian Government Exercises Greenshoe Option for NHPC OFS; Shares Up 4%

The Indian government has exercised a 3% oversubscription option for its share sale in hydropower company NHPC (NSE:NHPC, BOM:533098), according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.The company's shares were up 4% in recent trade.With this, the government's total stake on offer was raised to 6% from the base issue of 3%, with a total offer size of 602.7 million equity shares.The sale was launched on June 2 with a floor price of 71 rupees per share. Retail investors and eligible employees will be able to participate in the OFS on June 3."A total of 6,02,70,210 Equity Shares i.e. 10% equity shares of the offer, would be reserved for retail investors, subject to receipt of valid bids," the statement said.
