Conavi Medical (CNVI.V) reported a fiscal third-quarter loss per share of C$0.06, compared with a loss of C$0.05, a year earlier.
The commercial-stage medical-device company's licensing and R&D services revenue rose to C$0.13 million in the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared with C$0.06 million, a year-ago.
"With the subsequent completion of our $10 million financing, we are now focused on completing the transfer to production and expect our first U.S. clinical placement in H2 2026," said Conavi Chief Executive Officer Thomas Looby.
Shares of the company were last seen up C$0.005, or 3.1%, to C$0.165 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
