Conavi Medical (CNVI.V) on Wednesday said it raised C$10 million in a private placement of share units.
The company issued 34.5-million shares priced at C$0.20 and and 15.5 million pre-funded warrants. The pre-funded warrants will not expire.
Proceeds will be used to complete a limited market release of Conavi's Novasight Hybrid imaging system in the United States.
Conavi Medical shares were last seen up C$0.01 to C$0.19 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
