COMPEQ Manufacturing (Chongqing), a subsidiary of Compeq Manufacturing (TPE:2313), has acquired machinery and equipment worth NT$306.4 million from Pelican Cove Investment, according to a Wednesday filing to the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
The machinery and equipment were acquired in one batch for the purpose of production, the statement said.
