Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTSH) should report inline Q2 results and maintain its fiscal 2026 guidance, with strong momentum in larger deals, the Astreya acquisition, and a focus on outcome-based projects supporting mid-single-digit topline growth, RBC Capital Markets said in a Friday note.
RBC estimated Q2 revenue growth of 4.6% year-on-year to $5.48 billion, roughly inline with consensus of $5.49 billion, with adjusted earnings per share slated to be $1.38, inline with consensus.
The company is expected to reaffirm fiscal 2026 guidance. RBC said it estimates revenue growth of 5.6% year-on-year to $22.296 billion, roughly inline with consensus of $22.298 billion. FY26 adjusted EPS is estimated to be $5.74, compared with consensus of $5.70.
Cognizant is scheduled to report its Q2 results on Wednesday.
RBC lowered its price target to $47 from $88 and maintained its sector perform rating.
