Clip Money (CLIP.V) received the second and final advance of C$1.62 million from Business Development Bank of Canada's Growth and Transition Capital team under its C$3 million loan, it said Wednesday.
The loan matures on Aug. 15, 2028, said the company.
The company will use the financing for working capital and for its growth initiatives.
The company's shares last traded Aug. 6, closing at C$0.14 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
