Clearfield (CLFD) said Wednesday it has signed a distribution deal with WAV, as the company looks to expand its presence in the wireless market across US and Canada.
Financial terms related to the deal were not disclosed.
Beyond product distribution, WAV will serve as an extension of Clearfield's go-to-market capabilities by providing guidance on top of inventory and logistics support.

American Healthcare REIT (AHR) completed the acquisitions of six Kensington Senior Living communities comprising 464 units for $572 million.Two additional communities are subject to definitive purchase agreements and are expected to close in Q4, subject to conditions, American Healthcare said Tuesday in a statement.The full eight-community portfolio has 745 units with an aggregate contract purchase price of $873 million, the company said. Kensington will continue operating the communities after the closings.The transaction establishes a long-term strategic partnership, American Healthcare said.American Healthcare shares rose 3.6% in after-hours trading.
