CleanTech Vanadium Mining (CTV.V) closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement offering raising C$0.43 million, it said in a statement late Tuesday.
The placed 3.9-million units at C$0.11 apiece in the tranche, with each made up of a share and a transferable three-year warrant to buy a share for C$0.15.
Control person and company insider Oracle Commodity Holding subscribed for 2.5-million units under the first tranche.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate needs. The company added that it will not use proceeds of the first tranche to fund any deal that requires the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at C$0.11 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
