CleanTech Vanadium Mining (CTV.V) completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement raising CA$290,000, it said in a statement on Wednesday.
The second tranche offered 2.9-million units at CA$0.10 apiece. Each unit consists of one share and one three-year warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to buy a share for CA$0.15.
Proceeds are expected to be used for general working capital needs, it said.
Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at CA$0.115 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
