Clarivate (CLVT) said Wednesday that it has appointed Michael Easton as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Aug. 8.
Easton succeeds Jonathan Collins, who is stepping down from the CFO role to pursue another opportunity, the company said.
Easton currently serves as senior vice president and chief accounting officer, it said.
