Citaglobal (KLSE:CITAGLB) completed the private placement of shares after listing and quotating of 46.8 million shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on Wednesday, according to a same-day filing.
Earlier, Citaglobal entered a subscription deal with Berjaya Securities for a private placement of 46.8 million new shares at 0.90 ringgit each.

Posco Holdings (KRX:005490) disclosed a serious industrial accident at its Shinansan Line l, which left one worker dead, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The worker fell from a height during electrical work preparation in a vertical shaft on Tuesday.
