China South Publishing & Media (SHA:601098) agreed to supply education resources to the local government of China's Hunan Province for 966.9 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The publishing company will provide textbooks, thematic education readers and other learning resources to up to 8 million students for the year.
Shanghai Zhonggu Logistics (SHA:603565) plans to raise up to 3 billion yuan through the issuance of a convertible bond, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.Proceeds from the issuance will be used to fund a container vessel acquisition project.The convertible bond will have a term of six years.The logistics services provider's shares slumped 6% at the close.
China Development Bank Financial Leasing (HKG:1606), as the lessor, entered into a leasing agreement related to certain wind power station equipment and ancillary facility assets, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the financial leasing company were down over 1% in Wednesday afternoon trading.The firm will acquire the assets from Zhejiang Windey Energy Construction for 1.47 billion yuan, following which it will lease them to Anda Tianying New Energy.The lease will have a period of 216 months with a total lease payment of 2.05 billion yuan.
