China Everbright Water (SGX:U9E, HKG:0165) has proposed to issue the first tranche of its 2026 medium-term bonds worth 1.5 billion yuan, with a maturity period of five years, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The bonds are expected to be issued on Friday, July 10, with proceeds to be used to repay existing bonds.
China Everbright Water's Hong Kong-listed shares rose nearly 3% in recent trade.
