China Construction Bank (HKG:0939, SHA:601939) fully redeemed 65 billion yuan in fixed-rate bonds, according to a Tuesday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
The redeemed 10-year bonds comprised one tranche of an 80 billion yuan Tier-2 Capital Bond issuance originally completed in 2021.
The lender exercised its right to redeem the bonds in the fifth year.
Muyuan Foods (HKG:2714, SHE:002714) said the payment for the fifth-year interest of the Muyuan Convertible Bonds will be on Aug. 17, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.The interest to be paid is 15 yuan for every 10 bonds.The bond, which was issued on Aug. 16, 2021, has a coupon rate of 1.50% for this year.Investors owning the bonds by Aug. 14 are eligible to receive the interest payment.
CITIC Bank (SHA:601998, HKG:0998) issued green bonds worth 20 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.The fixed-rate bonds have a coupon rate of 1.53% and a term of three years.Proceeds from the issuance will be used for green industry projects.
CITIC Securities' (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) affiliate, CSI MTN, issued overseas bonds worth $11.5 million, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.The issuance is part of a medium-term bond program launched in 2022. CSI MTN is a special purpose vehicle established for the issuance of overseas bonds.The securities company's subsidiary, CITIC Securities International, guaranteed to amount of the bonds.
