CITIC Securities' (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) affiliate, CSI MTN, issued overseas bonds worth $11.5 million, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The issuance is part of a medium-term bond program launched in 2022. CSI MTN is a special purpose vehicle established for the issuance of overseas bonds.
The securities company's subsidiary, CITIC Securities International, guaranteed to amount of the bonds.
Datang International Power Generation (SHA:601991) issued 2.5 billion yuan of technology innovation renewable corporate bonds to professional investors, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.The bonds have a rate of 1.77% with a five-year term. They form part of the third tranche of a 30-billion-yuan bond program.Datang's Shanghai shares slid 4% during morning trading.
China Galaxy Securities (SHA:601881, HKG:6881) redeemed the principal and interest of its 4 billion yuan, 365-day bonds, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.67%.Total principal and interest amounted to about 4.07 billion yuan.
China Jushi (SHA:600176) issued 500 million yuan of 261-day debts with a coupon rate of 1.55%, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Hengfeng Bank is the bookkeeping manager and lead underwriter, while Postal Savings Bank of China (HKG:1658, SHA:601658) is the joint lead underwriter.Shares of the fiberglass maker fell more than 4% in recent trade.
