China Construction Bank Raises 60 Billion Yuan Through Tier 2 Capital Bonds

China Construction Bank (HKG:0939, SHA:601939) raised 60 billion yuan through issue of tier 2 capital bonds.

The 10-year bonds carry a coupon of 1.88%, according to a Hong Kong filing on Monday. The issuer has the option to redeem the bond at the end of the fifth year. Proceeds from the issuance will be used to replenish the lender's tier 2 capital.
