China Communications Construction (SHA:601800) controlling shareholder China Communications Construction Group, or CCCG, raised its stake in the company by buying 54.6 million H shares for about 251 million yuan.
CCCG's holdings in the company rose to 59.7654% from 59.4154%, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
