CHARBONE (CH.V) shares fell 4.8% after it expanded its helium delivery fleet to five units from one unit, to enable a faster service to North American customers, it said in a statement on Thursday.
The company also said that 22 new helium customers were recently added across Quebec.
"We were prepared to scale helium production well before recent supply disruptions materialized," said Charbone Senior Vice-President Patrick Cuddihy. "With trailers on order and agreements in place, we've grown our dedicated helium fleet from one unit to five and remain positioned to add five more within months to meet this surge in demand."
