Champion Iron (ASX:CIA) appointed Michael Marcotte as chief financial officer and Steve Boucratie as chief legal and strategy officer, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Marcotte most recently served as senior vice president of corporate development and capital markets, while Boucratie was senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary, the filing added.
