Century Group International Holdings (HKG:2113) is raising HK$43.5 million through the issuance of new shares to fund its small-scale projects, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.
The construction services company said it will issue a total of 161 million shares at HK$0.27 each to four investors.
Each investor will hold a 4.17% stake in the company upon completion of the subscription.
