CBL Properties (CBL) and its 50% joint venture partner said Friday they have sold York Town Center, an open-air retail destination in York, Pennsylvania, for $50.65 million.
The deal was completed at about an 8.5% capitalization rate.
The transaction simplifies CBL's structure through the exit of another joint venture, the company added.
