Capella Minerals (CMIL.V) on Wednesday said results from a maiden diamond-drilling program at the Killero E project in northern Finland has shown copper-silver mineralization in most holes.
About 2,008 meters of drilling was completed at Killero E. The most significant intercepts include 3.7% copper and 19.6 grams per tonne silver from 182.83 meters downhole, the company said.
Killero E is one of five projects that form part of the Tumad earn-in joint venture agreement for northern Finland that was signed last September.
The company also said initial diamond drilling of two priority gold targets in the Killero W permit is expected to begin next week.
Capella Minerals shares were last seen unchanged at C$0.07 per share on the TSX Venture Exchange.
