Cannabix Says Marijuana Breath Test Can Detect Methamphetamine, Amphetamine Compounds

Cannabix Technologies (BLO.CN) said its Marijuana Breath Test (MBT) is able to detect methamphetamine and amphetamine compounds in human breath samples.

The company, which develops marijuana and alcohol breath testing technologies for workplace safety and law enforcement, said human breath samples were analyzed by a third-party lab using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.

The detection of methamphetamine and amphetamine compounds in breath is a significant development that further validates the sensitivity and performance of the Cannabix MBT, Cannabix added.
