Canada Goose Agrees to Sell Footwear Brand Baffin to L.P. Royer

Canada Goose Holdings (GOOS.TO, GOOS) has agreed to sell Canadian footwear brand Baffin Limited, to L.P. Royer Inc, a Canadian manufacturer of work and military footwear, it said Wednesday.

Financials of the deal were not disclosed.

Canada Goose had acquired Baffin in 2018, said the company. The company expects the transaction to close in August, subject to customary closing conditions, added Canada Goose.

The company's shares were last seen up C$0.28 to C$12.67 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
