Bullfrog Gold (FROG.V) launched a non-brokered private placement to raise proceeds of up to CA$5 million, it said in a statement late Tuesday.
The offering will include up to 25-million units with each unit consisting of one share and one half-warrant at CA$0.20 apiece. Each whole warrant will be exercisable for one share for two years from the date of closing at CA$0.30 per common share, it said.
Closing of the offering is expected on or about Sept. 29, subject to some conditions. Proceeds will be used for exploration at the South Bullfrog project in Nevada and for general working capital needs.
Shares of the company were last seen down 4.6% at CA$0.21 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
