Brixton Metals (BBB.V) has closed a third and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement offering of units, raising C$174,768, the company said Thursday.
Brixton has raised gross proceeds of C$9.1 million across all tranches of the unit offering and non-brokered private offering of national flow-through shares. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable to purchase one common share until Aug. 27, 2029, for C$0.90 apiece.
The company plans to use the net proceeds from the unit offering for exploration at the Langis Silver Project and for general working capital purposes.
