BriaCell Therapeutics (BCT.TO) down 9.3% in U.S. pre-market trading, over the weekend said its offering of 1.45 million shares will be sold at US$3.25 each.
Total proceeds of US$4.7 million will be used for working capital requirements.
The offering is expected to close on June 2.
BriaCell shares were last seen down US$0.32, to US$3.30, in new York trading.
