Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund (BPF-UN.TO) and Boston Pizza International said Tuesday they have amended and extended their respective credit facilities with a Canadian chartered bank by three years, pushing the maturity date to July 1, 2029, from July 1, 2026.
The interest rates on the credit facilities also increased depending on total funded net debt to EBITDA ratio and the availment option selected, among other amendments.
