Boryung Signs KRW383.7 billion Taxotere Export Supply Contract with China's Yifan Pharmaceutical

Boryung (KRX:003850) has concluded a seven-year export supply and distribution agreement with China's Yifan Pharmaceutical (SHE:002019) for Taxotere, valued at 383.65 billion won.

Yifan Pharmaceutical, a Shenzhen-listed oncology-focused company with 2025 consolidated revenue of 1.06 trillion won, is obligated to purchase at least 90% of the contracted volume annually or compensate the company in cash for any shortfall.

The contract period runs from Sept. 21, 2026 to Sept. 20, 2033, though the end date may vary depending on when the marketing authorization transfer in China is completed.

The agreement carries no deposit or advance payment requirement, and the end date may be adjusted by mutual consent between the two parties.

Carimin Petroleum Raises Stake in Sealink International to 25.3%

Carimin Petroleum (KLSE:CARIMIN) acquired a 5.8% stake in Sealink International (KLSE:SEALINK) for 9.9 million ringgit in cash, according to a Tuesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.The acquisition involved 29.1 million shares bought at 0.34 ringgit each, between Sept. 18 and Sept. 22.Following the acquisition, Carimin's stake in Sealink rose to 25.3% from 19.5%, making Sealink an associate company.Carimin Petroleum said the acquisition was part of its ongoing investment strategy.The deal was funded through internally generated funds and does not require shareholder or regulatory approval, the filing said.
