Bonterra Resources (BTR.V) repaid a non-revolving credit facility of C$5 million to Wexford Capital, it said in a statement on Wednesday.
The credit facility bore an annual interest rate equal to 8.00% plus the secured overnight financing rate term rate applicable to the six-month period starting on the closing date and ending on the maturity date of Sept. 23. The company paid a total of C$5.4 million, which includes the principal amount of the credit facility, accrued interest, and the payment of the commitment fee.
