Bombardier (BBD-B.TO) has signed a 10-year services support agreement with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration on behalf of the Swedish Armed Forces for two new Global 6500 aircraft, the company said Wednesday.
The agreement is part of the Swedish organization's fleet modernization program. The aircraft will be used for a multi-role mission that includes head of state transport.
The aircraft are enrolled in Bombardier's Smart Services Defense program, which includes cost coverage for parts, engineering services and technical assistance.
