Birchtech Appoints Michael Mioska as Chief Financial Officer

Birchtech (BCHT.TO, BCHT) on Tuesday said it appointed Michael Mioska as its Chief Financial Officer.

Mioska is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of accounting, audit and financial reporting experience in a variety of industries, in both the United States and Canada, the company added.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.03 to $2.18 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
