Betely Polymer Materials Sets Online Invest Roadshow Date

Suzhou Betely Polymer Materials (SHE:301697) scheduled an online investor roadshow on Tuesday, Aug. 18, for its initial public offering on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, according to a Monday bourse filing.

The semiconductor equipment maker plans to issue 65.7 million shares, accounting for a 25.01% stake in the company post-offering.

The initial strategic placement offering consists of 19.7 million shares, or 30% of the total IPO size.

Guosen Securities (SHE:002736) is the lead underwriter of the IPO.
