Betely Polymer Materials Files Prospectus for Shenzhen IPO
Suzhou Betely Polymer Materials (SHE:301697) plans to issue up to 65.7 million shares under its initial public offering on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board.Proceeds will be used to boost research and development, production, automation, marketing and working capital for sustainable core business growth, according to a prospectus filed Tuesday on the Shenzhen bourse.The number of shares represent 25.01% of the total share capital after issuance.Guosen Securities serves as lead underwriter.
