Bausch Health Companies (BHC.TO, BHC) rose 4.1% in after-hours trading after reporting adjusted second-quarter earnings of $1.26 per share, up from $0.90 a year earlier and above the FactSet consensus estimate of $0.99.
Revenue rose to $2.85 billion from $2.53 billion in the year-ago quarter, topping the FactSet consensus estimate of $2.60 billion.
The company also raised its full-year 2026 consolidated revenue guidance to a range of $10.79 billion to $11.04 billion.
Bausch Health shares were last up $0.19 at $4.87 in US after-hours trading. The stock closed up C$0.16 at C$6.56 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
