Bannerman Energy (ASX:BMN) confirmed that its non-underwritten share purchase plan opens on Friday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
The share purchase plan seeks to raise a further AU$10 million after a AU$124 million placement at an issue price of AU$4 per share.
The capital raisings follow the firm's confirmation that all conditions precedent to completion of its strategic investment and joint venture for the funding, development, and operation of the Etango uranium project in Namibia with CNNC Overseas have been either satisfied or waived.
