B52 Capital to Sell Stake in Five Companies to Majority Shareholder

B52 Capital (BKK:B52) agreed to sell stake in five firms to major shareholder Jirawut Kuvanan for a total of 8.2 million baht, according to a Friday Thailand bourse filing.

The company is selling 100% shares in Vets & More, M Quality Products, and Mmed Pharma, as well 75% interest in Solution Fly Company and a 50% stake in Tan Jai Dee Money Transfer.

The move comes to reduce operating losses and generate income from the sale of investments.

Jirawut Kuvanan holds 43.915% of shares in B-52 Capital.

Teco Electric and Machinery (TPE:1504) TECNOS International Consulting acquired the right to use office space in Taipei, Taiwan, for NT$22.4 million, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.Shares gained about 2% in Friday's late morning trade.The assets will be purchased from related party Tong-An Assets Development & Management.The lease term runs from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2032, and the office space will be used to meet operational requirements.
