Awilco LNG Raises NOK30 Million from Follow-on Share Offering

Awilco LNG (ALNG.OL) said Tuesday it raised 29.5 million Norwegian kroner of additional proceeds from its subsequent offering of new shares priced at 3.25 kroner apiece.

At the closing of the subsequent offering, the Norwegian liquefied natural gas transport company received orders for 9,093,946 shares. It offered 15 million new shares as part of the follow-on offering.

Borr Drilling Launches Offer to Buy Back $1.58 Billion Senior Notes

Borr Drilling (BORR.OL) on Tuesday launched an offer to repurchase up to $1.58 billion of its outstanding senior secured notes.The drilling contractor is offering cash to acquire all $1.13 billion of outstanding notes from its Borr IHC unit's $1.38 billion issuance of 10% senior secured notes due 2028, and up to $447.3 million of outstanding notes from its $877.1 million issuance of 10.375% senior secured notes due 2030.The offer consideration for every $1,000 of the 2028 notes will factor 2% US Treasury Reference Security due Nov. 15, 2026, plus the fixed spread of 50 basis points and an additional $50 for early tenders. Closing is expected on June 24, 2026.

SOLV Energy Reports Public Offering of Class A Shares

SOLV Energy (MWH) said late Tuesday it has launched a public offering of 14 million Class A shares, including almost 7.2 million shares offered by affiliates of American Securities and some 6.8 million shares offered by the company.The selling stockholders and SOLV plan to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.1 million and 1.0 million additional shares, respectively, the firm said.The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to buy limited liability company interests in SOLV from existing holders, including affiliates of American Securities and some directors.Shares were down over 5% in after-hours activity.
