Ausnutria Dairy (HKG:1717) unit Ausnutria agreed to sell 35% equity interest in cheesemaker Amalthea to A-ware for 15.8 million euros, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the dairy company were up over 7% in Wednesday afternoon trading.
Ausnutria will also assign a sale loan to A-ware for 1.4 million euros.
Ausnutria also granted A-ware with a put option giving the latter the right to require Ausnutria to acquire all or part of the target shares.
