Aurum Resources (ASX:AUE) posted a 24% increase in indicated resources to 1.7 million ounces of gold at its Boundiali project in the Ivory Coast, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The growth drives the total project mineral resource estimate to 3.2 million ounces of gold at 1 gram per tonne grade of gold, the filing said.
The project's previous mineral resource estimate was 3 million ounces of gold, an earlier filing showed.
The Boundiali project pre-feasibility study is slated for delivery during this quarter, per the filing.
Shares fell 4% in midday trade on Thursday.
