Asiatic Group (SGX:5CR) posted a loss attributable to equity holders of SG$25.7 million in the fiscal fourth quarter, compared with an attributable profit of SG$939,000 a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore bourse.
Loss per share came in at SG$0.0078 in the quarter ended March 31, versus earnings per share of 0.0003 a year earlier.
The engineering management specialist's revenue slid 15% year over year to SG$6, the filing said.

Elin Electronics (NSE:ELIN, BOM:543725) said a fire incident occurred at its manufacturing facility in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on May 25, according to an Indian bourse filing on Tuesday.The company said the fire was timely controlled and no casualties or injuries were reported. A portion of the affected area will remain temporarily shut, while operations at the rest of the plant continue, it added.Shares of the company fell nearly 2% in recent trade.
The Kansai Electric Power (TYO:9503) has agreed to resolved to transfer its behavioural change application MOACT business to a newly established wholly owned subsidiary, MOACT Inc, via a simplified incorporation-type company split.The move was approved on May 26 and scheduled for completion on July 1, according to a Tokyo bourse filing.Under the split, the new company will issue 100 shares of common stock, all to be allotted to Kansai Electric, and will succeed assets worth 279 million yen and liabilities of 54 million yen related to the MOACT business as of April 30.The MOACT business generated net sales of 15 million yen for the fiscal year ended March.
