Arianne Phosphate Executes Joint Venture Framework Agreement with Travertine Technologies

Arianne Phosphate (DAN.V) has signed its Joint Venture Framework Agreement with Travertine Technologies, which will serve as the template for its final shareholder agreement between the parties, said Arianne on Tuesday.

As previously announced, Arianne partnered with Travertine, by way of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), for the production of purified phosphoric acid (PPA) by combining Travertine's proprietary process with Arianne's high-purity phosphate concentrate, stated the company.

Arianne and Travertine have been working together on pilot scale testing at Travertine's current facilities and should be in a position to provide initial results within the next few weeks, said the company. Arianne has also taken the step of optioning a facility in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region for a demonstration plant for the Joint Venture to produce PPA at a larger scale, added the company.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.015 at $0.44 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Silver X Mining Says Blenda Rubia Target Mineralization Continuing to Evolve

Silver X Mining (AGX.V) said on Tuesday that the most recent underground diamond drill results from the Blenda Rubia (BR) target in central Peru continue its evolution into a broader polymetallic mineralized system, the company said on Tuesday.The BR target, within the company's company's Nueva Recuperada unit, shows that the repetition of broad mineralized intercepts across multiple drill holes indicates that these wider zones are part of a mineralized system with the potential to support a larger mining footprint.Highlights include 40.71 metres true width at 98.7 grams per tonne (g/t) silver equivalent at BR, including 4.12 meters of 274.5 g/t silver equivalent.Silver X plans to continue advancing BR on two parallel fronts. The company will continue surface drilling while initiating underground rehabilitation works to prepare drill chambers and improve access for additional diamond drilling from underground. Vior Extends High Grade Mineralization at Depth on Its Ligneris Project

Vior Gold's (VIO.V) results from its 20,000-meter ongoing drill program on its 100%-owned Ligneris project located 55 kilometers northwest of the town of Amos, Abitibi region, Quebec, shows that high grade mineralization has now delineated to 805 meters vertically, it said on Tuesday.Hole LI-26-010-EXT intersected 7.94 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) over 4.0 meters at 990.0 meters and hole LI-26-028 intersected 11.8 g/t over 1.3 meters extending south zone laterally. The results also confirmed high-grade vertical continuity while remaining open at depth and laterally, it said.The company is currently drilling with two drill rigs and will continue with one drill rig at the end of June. Completion of its 30,000 meters program is expected during the third quarter of 2026.It also announced the beginning of its summer prospecting and mapping programs which will take place from June to September with a team of about 10 people. The team will mainly focus on the recently acquired projects while also covering other generative projects, it said.Several airborne magnetic and electromagnetic surveys have been completed or are progressing on its recently acquired projects, namely Kinebik, Peacock (Ligneris) and Launay, it added.Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at $0.115 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
