Arena REIT (ASX:ARF) said its tenant Edge Early Learning has entered voluntary administration, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The administrator has not yet advised the company of what will happen to Arena-owned property leases held by Edge Early Learning, per the filing.
The company holds about AU$4 million of pooled bank guarantees as security over the lease obligations, the filing showed.
Arena REIT shares fell nearly 3% in afternoon trade Wednesday.
