Apollo Silver (APGO.V) appointed Steven Thomas as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1, it said Tuesday.
Thomas, who has served as a director and audit committee chair of Apollo Silver since 2021, succeeds Chris Cairns, who is stepping down to pursue another opportunity, the company said.
Thomas resigned from the company's board of directors, including his roles as lead independent director and chair of the audit committee, effective Aug. 31, said the company.
The company appointed Jocelyn Thompson as lead independent director, and Jackie Przybylowski as chair of the audit committee, it added.
The company's shares were last seen down C$0.03 to C$3.18 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
