APi Group Likely to Post Strong Q2 Organic Growth, UBS Securities Says

By

APi Group (APG) is likely to post strong organic growth rates in Q2, mainly driven by its specialty business, UBS Securities said in a Monday note.

UBS estimates the specialty business' organic growth to drop to more than 12% in Q2 from over 25% in Q1 due to tougher comparisons, according to the note. The company's safety services division, meanwhile, is likely to maintain above 5% in growth during the quarter, UBS added.

APi Group has little room to raise its 2026 outlook amid tougher H2 comparisons for its specialty business and a relatively flat organic growth from its safety services division, the brokerage said. UBS raised its 2026 organic growth forecast for the company to 6.4% from 6.2%, according to the note.

The company is set to release its Q2 results on July 30.

UBS cut its price target on APi Group to $52 from $56, with a buy rating.
