Anteris Technologies (ASX:AVR) said the Federal Court of Australia granted relief over the late lodgment of a cleansing notice due to an administrative oversight, extending the filing deadline to July 31 and validating 44,068 chess depositary interests issued on July 10, according to an Australian bourse filing on Monday after market hours.
The Court also confirmed the validity of the related trades, exempted affected holders from potential civil liability, and directed the company to notify regulators and investors while publishing the Court's orders, per the filing.
The company has requested that the Australian Securities Exchange lift the trading halt on its securities, with trading set to resume at market open on Tuesday, the filing added.
