Anfield Energy (AEC.V) priced an underwritten public offering of 1.5-million common shares at $4.00 apiece for $6 million, it said in a statement on Thursday.
The uranium and vanadium development company granted the underwriters an option to buy up to 223,695 additional common shares at $4.00, exercisable for up to 30 days after July 30, the date of the underwriting agreement.
Proceeds will be used to fund capital commitments to the Paradox Complex, Velvet-Wood project, Slick Rock Complex, and Shootaring Canyon Mill in the US, and for working capital and general corporate needs, it said. The offering is expected to close around July 31, 2026, subject to some terms.
Shares of the company were last seen down 3.8% at C$5.64 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
