Aneka Tambang (ASX:ATM) said its shareholders approved a dividend distribution of 5.04 trillion Indonesian rupiah, or 70% of the 2025 net profit attributable to owners of the parent company, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The remaining 30% of the net profit was allocated as retained earnings to support business development and fund strategic projects.
Aneka Tambang said its full-year 2025 profit more than doubled from the previous year to 7.92 trillion rupiah, while revenue increased 22% to 84.64 trillion rupiah.
