Anaergia Signs C$8 Million Contract with Vanguard Renewables for Minnesota Facility

-- Anaergia (ANRG.TO) on Wednesday said it has signed an C$8 million contract with Vanguard Renewables through its subsidiary Anaergia Technologies for a follow-up deployment of its proprietary technology and equipment for an advanced anaerobic digestion facility in Minnesota.

This marks Anaergia's fourth deployment of its technology with Vanguard Renewables.

Anaergia Technologies will provide a platform including its process technology, permanent synchronous magnet mixers, and the Biogas Upgrading System.

Vanguard Renewables will use the platform to process food, beverage and agricultural waste to produce renewable natural gas for injection into the local energy distribution system.

Sports Entertainment Gaming Global (SEGG) said Friday it plans to launch Sports.com Predict, a new feature that will let users make predictions on sports events through the Sports.com platform.The service is being developed by Sports Predicts Ltd., a SEGG Media unit, and is expected to generate revenue through transaction fees tied to user activity, according to a statement.The platform is currently in development and will roll out in phases, with an initial launch targeted for this summer, subject to regulatory approvals, the company said.Price: $0.65, Change: $-0.02, Percent Change: -3.69%
